Where is Straight Out of University?

I have temporarily removed Straight Out of University from sale. The reason is that I've never really been happy with the proofreader's work. He's someone I hired for a one-off job and not one of my usual team. I have decided not to sell any more copies until a more professional editor has looked at it.
